Stark Industries, Tuesday

With all the jail stuff finally shed and installed, Jessica was working on something else to help her be more effective: she was working electronics into her Black Widow mask. She needed to develop something to incorporate the HUD into her flexible lenses, but for now she was more concerned with packaging all of the electronics into the mask itself.

Jessica used Tony's undermesh as her inspiration for a flexible but conductive material, but she needed to get some layers of waterproof fabric on top of it to keep the whole system from shorting out in a light rain. At least Tony wore a suit of armor to keep his stuff dry.

Lenses were next week's project.

Tony probably also had specific armor just for aquatic missions. Not that anyone liked those.

"I'm making my mask high tech," Jessica said as she continued soldering stuff that had to be soldered. "By the time I'm done with it, I should be able to do everything from checking my stocks to synching up with the troopers' helmets whenever we actually need to do stuff."

"I'll probably resort to that when I remember that my specialties are biology and mechanics and not complex coding, GUI, and specialized operating systems," Jessica said. "But why cheat until you've made a nice face-shaped dent in your desk, right?"

"Super strength plus super durability equals a super dented desk," Jessica said. She stopped working and looked up. "Assuming the desk isn't heavily reinforced. Then I might be super knocked out."
