Normally you couldn't get Fred to go to a superhero movie for any reason, but for one that got pull quotes like, "This film is an artistic failure on almost every level?" Well, that sounded like the feel-good comedy of the year to a supervillain with a sense of humor. So Fred dressed up in costume (his own, so call him Boomerang, okay, squirrels?), bought a ticket to Ratman V Really Strong Guy Who Can Fly: Beginning of Franchise, grabbed a huge bucket of popcorn, and prepared to be entertained.

Also, he was totally going to pirate it with his phone because seriously screw superhero movies.

Unless he got paid for his likeness for one. That would be different.
