The plan had been to come in for graduation, head back on Sunday. Only Jaina's portal home was canceled this morning. She'd rescheduled another one, which was also canceled. When she'd gone down to Portalocity to read them the riot act, she'd been told that they weren't scheduling any portals to Jaina's universe for the time being because something about the island's new setting had messed up the connections, and no she couldn't just take several portals to other places to try and get home in a roundabout way because there wasn't any guarantee she'd get where she meant to.

Then when she called Jag to tell him what was going on, the call cut out and she couldn't get through again. Given that the last time something like this had happened, she'd been stuck at home in super speed for five years, she was taking this seriously, and she'd gone to the Perk to give herself a minute to figure this out.

Mostly she was ignoring her coffee and very quietly trying not to freak out as she tried to get anything from back home on her datapad.
