The Park, Tuesday Morning
After a second and decidedly more private funeral in the Arctic, Tony was back on island. This time there wasn't any music to distract him, which wasn't nearly as fun. But hey, thems the breaks.
He took a seat on one of the park benches, watching the birds eye him with disdain over his lack of bread. Still oddly preferable to going back to the lab for the moment. He just needed to breathe fresh air and he could back at it. Sure.
[open because I'm mean to this sad sack of guilt]

Tamsin. Be nice.
She was coming up from behind him, anyway, so she hadn't seen his face yet.

She walked around the bench and then sat down next to him.

He took a nice, steadying breath, hands on his knees. "Just the usual. Fought a Nazi and an Asgardian sorceress."

Which was probably one too many for the average individual.

Even if it was small, and kinda meaningless. (Also maybe not entirely healthy for the birds, but he didn't know that.)
He wasn't too surprised to see Tony. But maybe a little. "Mr. Stark," he said, nodding.

He dug into the bag hanging over his shoulder. "Enjoying the morning?"

"Sure."
He threw some small pieces of bread out for the various birds.

"Sorry to disappoint," he drawled. "Dinosaurs aren't my thing."

"And they were only in Hell's Kitchen anyway," Tony said with a straight face.

His Brooklyn accent was terrible because he'd lived in Boston. Clearly that was the reason why.
