Covent Garden Flowers, Valentine's Day

They'd delivered the flowers to the student council (except for the one addressed to him, which Peter was definitely going to have to give Kanan grief about later), they'd gotten most of the far-away worlds' orders off, and they were steadily working through the rest of the orders.

Well, they had been. When Peter came back to the shop, he discovered that Shiemi had apparently fallen asleep surrounded by flowers. So, he was working to finish with the remaining orders while trying not to wake her up.

Who knew Valentine's Day was so much work?

Shiemi had a small mossy cushion under her as she slept, courtesy of her tiny familiar, as well, so it took a while to wake.

Nee-chan, however, was walking on the table moving cut flowers into piles and trying to be helpful. Wasn't it lucky Shiemi was strong enough in power to keep him summoned while she was asleep?

"Thanks," Peter murmured as he picked up another sorted pile, separated it into the orders he needed, and tied ribbons around them. It wasn't much faster with Nee's help, but it wasn't any slower, and the little guy seemed happy, so Peter let him keep at it.

"Neeee!" The infant Greenman cheered happily at the acknowledgment and saluted before trotting off to get some more baby's breath from aaaaallll the way at the far end of the table.
