The flowers had gone out, Shiemi had been woken up and sent home, and today was...cleaning and re-inventorying, mostly. And trying to get the Easter things set up.
And answering the phone.
"Hello, Covent Garden Flowers. Yes, absolutely, I can have a bouquet ready for Presidents' Day."
"Hello, Covent Garden Flowers. Happy anniversary. Sure, we can do that."
"Hello, Covent Garden Flowers. Well, I have some greyish flowers that might work...you want the card to say what? No, absolutely, 'bought new socks' is definitely important."
