The rabbits had all been adopted out, the chickens were settling in nicely to the chicken paradise that Zack had set up on the roof (the height gave them a sense of superiority), and things were actually pretty quiet, otherwise.
Until about noon, when one well-meaning Fandomite brought in a weird looking cat it found in the preserve.
Well. 'Cat.'
An emergency run for large amounts of tomato juice not long after said otherwise.
Clearly it was going to be one of those days.
