Pick Your Poison, Wednesday

Coming back to work after an impromptu field trip to the zoo yesterday was… kind of a letdown, honestly, even though Ino genuinely loved the process of creating new perfumes and lotions. She even had a couple of tea blends now, though she wasn't sure how popular they'd be.

But then, as she hummed around the shop making sure everything was in its place and tidy, she didn't really need to make money.

This whole thing was more of a make-work project just to keep her busy. It was alright to be indulgent in what she wanted to have around, given that.

I envy your thunderstorms so much. Halifax thunderstorms are, like, "did someone take a flash photo" once or twice, and then rain.

WET FARTS.

"Hello, Iris." Hannibal stopped in and nodded to her. "I thought I'd drop by now that you're officially open. How have you been?"
sharp_man: (oh? yes?)

"That would be lovely, thank you. I've been well."

He picked up one of the lotions. "Do you mix these all yourself?"
sharp_man: (oh? yes?)

"They are indeed." Hannibal shook his head and kept looking. He was all for brands when they represented something worthwhile, but when you had handmade things of the quality he had no doubt these were, why fuss about mass-made things?

"Hopefully most of your customers are better." He picked up another pot of lotion and examined it. "Do you have colognes as well?" he asked, glancing over.
