There had been something on the radio this morning about people... turning in to animals? So naturally, that was the theme of the past incident reports Liam was looking through today.

Apparently it was one of those things that just seemed to happen with alarming and unpredictable frequency, though aside from a time or two involving ponies, rarely seemed to spread beyond a handful of people at once.

Huh.
