"Okay, I know your thing is Sunday pancakes," Kanan said, looking sternly at the cook as he leaned against the door frame, "but just once, once, could you find some day to mix things up a little? Please?"

Kanan really should have realized that the cook was going to take that as a dare.

Though at the end of the day, Kanan couldn't even be mad. Possibly because he was forced to admit somewhere around his third helping of cinnamon roll pancakes that they were pretty damn good.
