The new plants spit fire. Of course they did.
At least they weren't mostly biting anymore; Nathan's note said he'd had a talk with them. They did not, however, seem entirely happy.
Peter sighed and went about researching. "Let me find out what you eat, and I'll get you some," he promised them. "Try and be patient."
He got a grumpy little spit of fire, but no more, and was going to count that as agreement. Meanwhile, he'd try to look up how to feed them. While also buying more azaleas and soothing the ones still on the shelf. "Don't worry; you'll be fine."
The flower shop was open!
