Needful Things; Tuesday [10/24].
Although Summer found herself playing out both sides of an argument about whether or not they were really antiques in her head, someone had apparently dropped off a box of amber, and it at least gave her a little something else to do other than dusting and sweeping today. As she was going through them, she thought some of them were pretty cool, some of them were beautiful but disturbing, and others were just downright gross. Really? Lizards? Ugh!
But, really, when you got down to it, someone had collected all of these that were basically just dead bodies preserved in rocks (okay, sap or whatever), and that was really, really gross if you thought too much about it. So Summer decided to just set the box aside and go back to sweeping because ew. Kind of fascinating. Kind of cool. But ultimately just ew.
Needful Things is open!
