God given elf grace was the only thing that saved Taako from completely eating shit when he went outside for his daily coffee run. He hated anything that had to do with winter, aside from the excuse to wear cute new boots. If he had spilled his latte this morning from the ice there would have been hell to pay.

Magnus had snow sort of ground on into his beard because he had class today. And did nothing to avoid hits beyond depending on his A.C..

"The the receipt have any good stats on it?" Also hey.

"Uh...plus one in charisma?" Because he had come in contact with it. It might work.

Magnus hummed, really considering if he needed that. "I'll pass. This time."

"Suit yourself," Taako said with a shrug. "Your beard looks terrible."

"It's not that bad." It totally was. "And it'll melt soon."

"Did you take a bath in the snow or what?"

"I had a class!" So kinda? "You're the pretty one. I'm the rugged one. This is rugged."

"You look like a snowman," he said. "But you're right; I am the pretty one."

[magnusrushesin]

"A beefy snowman?"

[taakosgoodhere]

Taako sighed. "Yeah, I guess so."

"Yes," Magnus said with a little fistpump. "And you're still the prettiest even after Wonderland."

Because the difference was barely noticeable? Maybe?

And, you know, the magic helped. "Thank you."

"I almost killed myself getting my latte this morning."

"Did you run into the giant snow kitty? I've only seen footprints in the snow." It was the magical March Lion, but sure. A kitty still.

"Are you high?"

[magnusrushesin]

"Not since Pringles went to jail."

Also, did vaping count? Fantasy vaping.

"So there is a giant kitty?" he asked. "For real?"

"I haven't caught it yet, but yes. Yes there is."

"Do you plan on catching it?"

[magnusrushesin]

"I wanted to make it my kitty friend." Taako, stop him from trying this.

"I thought you were a dog person," he said.

[magnusrushesin]

"I am, but I can make kitty friends too." And bear friends. But not bird friends.

"Well I hope the thing doesn't eat your face."

[magnusrushesin]

"I have animal handling proficiency, remember?" It totally helped him in the past.

"It could eat your face before you have a chance to handle it." Which sounded better in his head.

"Or I could have a cat friend."
