Sparkle squinted at his stock, which, today, apparently consisted primarily of hockey sweaters. He wasn't sure why, and he wasn't sure how, but there they were, set up on displays all over the shop. It wasn't a disaster, really. He was Canadian, and so he could appreciate a good fit of sudden hockeyness from time to time, even if he didn't typically follow the sport himself. Unless Toronto was doing well, anyway.
But since Toronto hadn't brought home a Stanley Cup since like 1967, that still mostly equated to Sparkle not typically following the sport. Sorry, Leafs.
Anyway, Demon Marcus was open, and apparently was still feeling whatever it was that had been going around yesterday.
