Demon Marcus, Sunday
Oh, this was too rich.
Yeah, Sparkle's actions on Wednesday had been on the piddling end of petty, but he had listened to yesterday's radio broadcast like three times just to be sure he'd even heard it right, and...
Wow. Talk about oversensitive. And all the tea on the island? He'd bought out the stock at the counter at his place of employment, which was hardly... that. There were other comments in there that made him less than inclined to even care about how upset it might have made her. Like how if she couldn't imagine him needing to vent about her after some of the things she'd pulled on him in the past, she was actually less self-aware than he'd given her credit for in the first place.
But mostly, it just made him keep feeling like 'petty' was the right course of action, here.
So Sparkle was at work at Demon Marcus, with a large selection of quality tea still stuffed into his backpack, and he was brainstorming out his petty, petty revenge. Which, honestly, he would have probably gotten bored of and just dropped completely if Seivarden hadn't gone off like a loaded gun on the radio yesterday about him buying some tea, but meh.
Demon Marcus was open. And it was entirely possible that the open sign today had been replaced with a sheet of hot pink posterboard with loose leaf tea glued onto it like craft glitter to spell the words 'OPEN' in big, friendly, aromatic letters.
[OOC: Open! Sparkle's gonna run out of tea eventually, I promise.]
