Covent Garden Flowers; Tuesday [07/31].
One of the things that had drawn Astrid into Covent Garden in the first place was the brightness of the colors of the flowers, and that day, she thought she would bring her watercolors with her so that she could practice translating those colors onto paper, work on her depth and hues and all that sort of thing.
A simple enough assignment for herself, sure, but it was made much more complicated by the fact that the flowers today seemed to be shifting colors, flashing between them like they were having their own personal flower rave without any music. And then some of them seemed to have been drained of color all together, leaving behind artfully monochromatic petals instead.
It was enough for her to think they almost did it on purpose.
Covent Garden is open!
