Covent Garden Flowers, Wednesday
Peter wasn't at all sure what the terra cotta...sculpture...things...were that Astrid had made, but okay. He'd be perfectly willing to set them in the window and sell them for her. He understood needing artistic expression.
Unfortunately, some of the plants seemed a little unnerved by them, so he spent most of the morning either relocating or soothing whiny rhododendrons and one very clingy pothos.
And then doing paperwork with a tendril around his wrist, because that pothos really didn't want to let go.
"Okay, you've got until this evening," he told it. "But then I do have to go home."
The plant didn't respond.
Peter sighed.
Covent Garden was open!
[Open post, no OCD!]
