The C.I.C., Saturday Afternoon - Evening
"So, like, what do you think??????"
The raven had no real opinion. Not that Nina had really expected it to have one, but since the bird was busy peering at her doodles she figured it didn't hurt to ask.
After her conversation with Prompto last night, Nina was hard at work trying to figure out what the three of them could all wear that would be something that all of them would be willing to wear in the name of being a team.
Given their varying senses of fashion, it was harder than it should have been. Nina definitely didn't want to wear black—which Prompto favoured—and so far Vette hadn't offered too many opinions on what her colour preferences even were.
Ugh.
Maybe something in gold or silver? Either would look super great with Prompto's black and both her and Vette's skin tones. But would Prompto even wear it?

But he found a shock of a different kind when he walked through the door.
"Oh! Why, hello, Nina!" Shock was a bit strong of a word, really; pleasant surprise was far more fitting. "My goodness, I must have gotten my days confused, as I could have sworn..."
But he trailed off, shook his head, and waved it off with a bright smile and a pump of his fist. "No matter! It would seem this may be a most fortuitous mistake on my part, anyway, as it would just so happen that I've been meaning to find you, as well, Nina! I'm afraid I'm well overdue for a heartfelt and sincere apology."
A hand met his heart and he bowed his head. "I fear I've been a terribly negligent Big Sibling to you thus far."

Sure, she hadn't seen him around much, but how could she possibly hold it against him.
"Don't, like, worry about it!!!!!" Nina insisted, beaming at him. "It's great to see you now!!!!!"
no subject
He very easily beamed back. "How wonderful for me, then, that you have not been feeling terribly ignored," he said, "though I suppose you've had plenty to keep yourself occupied. How has it been going for you, Nina? Is there anything in particular that you've felt I've been remiss in providing you in my duties as Sibling?"
no subject
"Do siblings really have duties to each other????" she wondered, since she... honestly didn't know. Nina had no siblings. Except Sidon, who she really didn't know very well at all and who'd been assigned to her anyway. That probably didn't count as a real sibling. "It's been... a lot to adapt to???? But it is slowly getting better?????"
no subject
Oh, you know, over-compensation for having lost his own sibling tragically when he was younger, but, whatever.
His grin grew a little distant for a moment. "It's good to hear that it's been getting better for you, though. Anything specific that's been giving you any particular trouble still?"
