Ha! Back to work at long last! Between break week and being a puppy, Zack had kind of started to miss this place. Well. Not this place, exactly, but he'd maybe started to take for granted just how much he loved wrestling with the puppies, and so that was exactly what he was doing today, pulling out the puppy playpen, sitting himself down inside of it, and alternating between giving them all belly rubs and letting them all climb all over him.

Apparently being a puppy for a week couldn't even ruin this for him. They were small and floppy and made of joy, and when they were all tuckered out, he'd start bringing out the older dogs and playing with them, too.

The vet just smiled and let him have his fun today, at least. He treated her to lunch as thanks, and then got back to playing with the dogs.

It took his mind off the fact that, in all of that time, he hadn't seen Ino even once, and now he was starting to worry.
