Sure, Sidon had cleaned the fishtanks not too long ago, but since they goldfish were already out for being brought to class today, he figured their tanks would get a little extra attention merely because of the convenience. It was work he was fairly certain he minded far less than any of the others who worked at the shelter, too, so he always felt like he was being especially helpful when he took care of them.
And other than that, it was a pretty average day, and he spent a good portion of the time in conversation with the animals, asking them about how they felt about the recent wave of people turning into animals, and they seemed to have an awful lot to say about the matter.
...Sidon couldn't exactly understand exactly what it was they were saying, sure, but he felt that it was good for them just to have someone to listen.
