Covent Garden Flowers - Sunday
There were more orange heads in rows. Fenris sighed and began transporting them out to the pyramids he'd built outside. These were going to be very large head-effigy pyramids by the time he was done.
He made it back inside to catch the phone. "Covent Garden Flowers, Fenris speaking." His eyebrows shot up, "You want a bouquet of what? Isn't kale something hippo people eat? Oh - hipster - that doesn't make any more sense to me than hippo but I will take your word for it. Yes, we have some. Yes, I can do that. It should be ready for you to pick up in about two hours."
There he was, bemusedly plucking apart an ornamental giant kale to wrap long stemmed blackish-red roses in.
Humans were so weird. The thought made him make a revision. Fenris couldn't be certain the customer was human, after all.
People were so weird.
