Mitsutada was having an odd day.
It started when he left the house to get coffee. He accidentally clipped his shoulder against the door frame and in a flash he was back at his door step, coffee in hand, but sans his clothes. That had been weird enough. But then he ran into the cat that kept just mooing at him and that was just disturbing.
Now he was standing at work, fully clothed again, being very careful not to accidentally bump into any of the walls. He wasn't going to question the specials board.
