The Magic Box, Tuesday
At the Magic Box today, Norman was helping a cat with its shopping.
This wasn't even an unusual occurrence. This was, after all, the cat that worked alongside the ghost who sometimes came in here to pick his shopping out beforehand. But today, instead of coming with the ghost, the cat came with a neatly written letter detailing exactly what it needed, and how much.
Norman had so many questions. Questions like, 'who even wrote that list?' and 'how does he expect you to carry a ten pound amethyst sphere?'
But the cat seemed to have all its money in order, and once Norman got the cat's purchases all sorted out, it slipped out of the shop and reappeared with a little wagon. Norman was a little dubious about how the cat was going to navigate the steps with that, but... heck. This was just one more of those little mysteries he was going to have to wonder about for a while longer. He had a shop to tend.
