"Hi, everybody." Peter gave them a wave that was almost apologetic. "I guess this weekend wasn't great for a lot of people. Hopefully we'll be able to ignore it all and just have fun for a while now." Though if anybody wanted to talk...hey, he was here. "This Thursday is a holiday in the country we're in. It's called Thanksgiving, and nominally celebrates the arrival of Europeans in this country, and more widely, the harvest and family. It generally involves a lot of eating. There aren't a lot of movies about it, unlike next month's holidays, but I've been assured tonight's has at least a great Thanksgiving scene. So I hope you enjoy it."
