The Perk- Sunday afternoon
Sabine had just stopped in at the Perk for a bit to sketch before heading into her warehouse, and found a window seat where she could work and people watch while drinking her coffee.
She was maybe not prepared for the pair of teal reindeer that wandered past the window, but after her conversation last week, she did say aloud, "I knew it was better this way."

So after getting himself a cup of something nice and sugary (but with skim milk, don't judge! This was not a good habit to get into), he had to mosey on over to his big sib to say hi.
"Yo, Sabine, what's up?"

That was a cute thought.

At least he felt Sparkle should have, since they were talking about it yesterday, so if anything bad did happen...oh, man, not cool, dude. Not cool.
"Whatever we get, though," he added, "it'll sure be better than punching soccer moms."
Because she, at least, would understand where that one was coming from.

"You know," he added, "I'm not even sure I really know what a soccer mom is, even."

Well, except for that song. Whiiiiiiich was now stuck in his head again.
"And none of it is anything we probably want to know."

She had no evidence it was the moose. But why in the world would she not blame the moose?
