Mitsutada was futzing with a notepad, mainly trying to figure out how exactly he even gave an exam for the course he'd been teaching this year. He definitely hadn't planned it out, and now was completely unsure what to do.
While he was distracted, the staff did their usual thing of setting the specials board against his will.
