Furnado Animal Shelter; Friday [12/14].
Right around the time the vet was about to write Prompto off as a no-show for the day was exactly when he came all but skidding into the shelter. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" he blurted out frantically, between breaths, because he'd obviously bolted over here as soon as he realized why he had that feeling that he was just forgetting to do something kind of important today. "I forgot! But it's okay! I'm here now! What needs to be done?"
"You forgot?" the vet arched a skeptical brow.
"I don't know, man!" Prompto just shrugged. "It's Sidon's fault! Switching last week got me all messed up or something! ....whatever, you can't tell me there's been any dire pressing issues or something that needed to be taken care of right away or anything."
And he was right, she couldn't, because there weren't, so he was just going to be lofty about it for a second before going to apologize to the puppies for being late, because at least they would appreciate that he really did feel bad for being late.
