Pick Your Poison, Wednesday
Sparkle was just... quiet today when he came in for his Pick Your Poison shift. There were a few more shipments in today, mostly hair products, that he was going through the motions of shelving before settling himself behind the counter, pulling out his phone, and reading news from home.
He took a few more smoke breaks than usual today.
Some days, his feelings on not being able to go back were a little more complicated than others. Maybe he'd e-mail Raine later and see what she was up to, or something.
