Fandom Post Office, February 12 (Tuesday)
If Éponine thought the post office had been insufferable last week for its commitment to the Valentine's Day theme, she was completely over it this week.
Intermittent streams of pink heart-shaped bubbles kept emerging from the mailboxes, and she could swear that every time one of them landed on something solid and then popped, a faint strain of harp music played. Half the packages coming through, it seemed, were heart-shaped, and every now and then she'd go to retrieve a tray of bulk mailers from the back room to sort in with the rest of the mail and discover that they were all chocolate instead.
. . . well. That last bit wasn't so bad, and she rather thought that for once people might actually be glad to find those in their mailboxes. Unless they'd been waiting for the coupons, anyway.
[OOC: Post office is open!]
