The Magic Box, Tuesday
Okay, so the Magic Box still smelled a bit like a banana split. Norman was okay with that. Really.
And the cerberus now had one banana-shaped yellow spot on his butt, and a good dozen smaller, strawberry-shaped red spots around his shoulders.
Also good, that was fine. Strawberry-banana was way better a smell than three-headed dog, anyway.
But he was absolutely drawing the line today when he stepped into the shop to find that a couple of the magic books were trying to put together some kind of blueberry concoction. No. Nope. He was having none of it. The ingredients were being carefully separated and the books were grounded to the bookshelves for the rest of the day.
