Furnado Animal Shelter; SUnday [03/17].

Summer went into the shelter that day half expecting all the animals to either be 1) green or 2) covered in Lucky Charms like she'd been that morning when she opened her closet to get dressed (in green, of course; look, it was a great tone for her coloring anyway, but she was still not sure if she'd gotten all the marshmallows out of her ponytail). She found neither of these things, thank god, but since none of the animals were wearing green (except, like, some lizards and birds and shit), the animals seemed to be making a point out of pinching each other.

"How do you guys even have a concept of wearing green?" Summer wondered, asking questions she knew would never truly be answered. "How are even managing to pinch without opposable thumbs? Aren't most of you technically colorblind anyway?"

She should really just stop trying to make sense out of Fandom animals and just get back to work. Especially since, one day, she might actually get some answers and that would probably just make things weird.
