Ahhhhhhh, man! It was good to be human again! Don't get him wrong; being a puppy had been awesome (and a lot better than being something like, say, a disease-ridden armadillo or something, thanks for that one, Breq) and he was glad to have had the experience, but, yeah. Yeah. This was soooo much better, and, even though he'd done a lot of it yesterday, too, he was just sort of marveling over the little things you took for granted, like opposable thumbs and not being barely a foot tall and being able to show off your guns...

And while he was a little nervous about returning to the scene of the crime, Prompto was also pretty excited to get back and utilize his new personalized experience to show the pups at the shelter that he could now understand them on a whole new level. Plus, Sidon was still off doing his prince thing back in Hyrule (and Prompto had to admit, he was getting a little worried about you, bud, but he was sure he was fine, he knew how those prince things could get), so he knew there was a lot of work that probably hadn't been done...

It was okay, though! He was back! Which meant there had to be some sort of grace period before anything weird happened to him again, right? The island wouldn't go and change him for a whole week, then turn right around and change him again, would it?
