Fandom Post Office, April 16 (Tuesday)
The yearly madness had come and gone -- no, not the one that had kept her run off her feet all day yesterday here at work -- and Éponine wasn't sorry at all that it had skipped over her this year, as it had for the last few. She'd had a lovely quiet weekend all to herself.
She knew that hadn't been the case for most people, though, and seemingly the post office did too; today, along with the rest of their regular mail, Fandom residents would be getting gift cards for the Perk and also a voucher redeemable for one cuddly plush toy or fuzzy blanket of their choice from the Isle of IKEA.
Éponine supposed that last one had an equal chance of making things better or worse.
