Trooper Station; Monday [05/13].
Okay, sure. So they'd apparently been dropped into some prehistoric bullshit around here, but, as much as she'd rather not have to worry about her dog trying to chase down some goofy-looking tiny dinosaurs (and a few not so tiny ones, and Rosa might have almost let you learn that lesson the hard way, Arlo 2, if she didn't like you so much), she realized she'd rather deal with the crap over the crap she'd dealt with yesterday. Mother's Day was...not exactly a blast in light of the fact that someone who was supposed to love you unconditionally apparently drew a line when it came to your sexuality.
It was getting better. A little. But it still hurt. A lot.
So, yeah, sure. Dinosaurs. She'd happily (well, not happily) deal with that. Why not? Whatever. She'd even answer the frequently ringing phone...that appeared to be made out of rock somehow with a curved horn for the receiver...to field complaints about flocks of Compsognathus taking over someone's kitchen again.
"We really need to get some kind of animal and pest control unit on this island," Rosa muttered to herself before her brain actually caught up. "Wait, what do you mean, again?"
The Trooper station is open!
