Luke's hadn't gotten submerged, but it had gotten a little... swampier. And the staff, well, they had gone all out.

Mitsutada also was having distinct communication issues, as the staff had all adopted thick faux-Cajun accents.

So Mitsutada was speaking only in Japanese, because if he couldn't understand them, he stubbornly didn't want them to understand him.

Luke's was open! And damp.
