Blackstone Foundry and Forge; Monday [07/01].

Amaya'd gotten up that morning with a deep breath of relief that everything seemed--on the surface, anyway--normal for this week, or at the very least, normal enough that she could get in a solid day's worth of work. Granted, because she'd been making sure to hit it hard since she didn't know what might still be in store for them this week, she'd made excelelnt progress on the greenhouse, and it wouldn't be much longer until the basics of it were finished and then she could just get herself all set up on the interior...plenty of shelves and worktables and benches. She'd be gardening again in no time, and she thought the little arch of green glass off the side of the apartment looked rather smart, too, but it was rather difficult to not be proud of such a fine building that she (and a handful of students) had pretty much built from the ground up.

So she'd be working on getting that glass in today, welding it into place with the intricate metal framework she'd forged and shaped, so the bell with the THANKS FOR COMING IN! Working upstairs! Ring bell for service! sign next to it, and it was going to be, overall, a pleasantly productive day.

Though she did feel a little strange sometimes, as she was working, like someone was watching her. Which was a little funny, considering she was spending a good deal of her time up on the roof, and she looked around or over her shoulder, and there was rarely anything other than the usual squirrels and the occasional duck. She shrugged, and chalked the feeling up to the squirrels as best she could, but she knew those squirrels, and their beady little busybody eyes, and this..this felt a bit...different...

She was going to try and not let it distract her too much, though.

The Forge is open!
