Trooper Station; Monday [08/26].
If the suspiciously uneventful morning wasn't enough to convince Rosa that things were about to be fairly normal for yet another week (which...it wasn't. Two in a row? She didn't trust it, not one bit), there was the fact that she was working steadily on a few things that had been collecting dust in her inbox for a few weeks, went to open her desk drawer to grab something, and wound up sloshing coffee all over the floor. Because her desk drawer was filled. With coffee. Again.
Words could not express how irritating it was that a drawer filled with coffee was the metric she used to determine whether or not things were normal around here.
Well. There were a few words.
Most of them were not approriate for public viewing.
But her "I have been on this goddamn island for way too goddamn long" was, and was also probably pretty universally felt.
