Monday: Covent Garden Flowers

Nell was glad to see the last of all the families going. She had such mixed feelings about her own family. She missed them dreadfully, but then without John and Leah rescuing her and marrying her, her family would have all but sold her to that terrible elder.

Today she took solace in the plants, making sure they were well and letting their life soothe her unsettled spirit.
