The Perk - Tuesday afternoon.
Jack was back at the Perk, picking up coffees. She got a large carafe of Kaidan's too-sweet-oh-god-why coffee but it was in a thermos container so she didn't have to look at it. Her own was black.
She'd printed up stickers with "My name is ____________. My pronouns are ________." stickers and dutifully peppered the tables with them where people could take them if they wanted.
Finding a seat at a table, she parked her ass and took a drink of coffee, burning her mouth on purpose. She had a lot to think about. Between her own headspace and the excitement of a possible run back home for some mayhem, it was a day for coffee and contemplation.
