Sure, sure, sure. Prompto had had a very busy day, from his first (non-brainwashed) radio to breakfast and shopping for the dance tomorrow with Nina in Paris, ooh la la!, and then the Homecoming carnival, but....well, there was still one more thing Prompto had to do, even if Nina had already treated him to something for his birthday. It was tradition, after all, for him to treat himself for his birthday.

And so he got one single cupcake, put one single candle in it, and grinned a little to himself.

"Happy birthday, buddy."

He actually forgot to bring something to light the candle with this time, though, so he just plucked the candle right back out and let himself dig in.

Here's to another one, and, hopefully, a lot more, although, really, he didn't have a whole lot of evidence to the fact that that would be much of a thing. All the more reason to enjoy his birthday cupcakes when he could.
