Miguel came to work, saw what was on offer, and rolled his eyes. "Cute, guys. Still not wearing them."

The dishwasher looked innocent.

Miguel went to make coffee.

"You do know shepherd's pie isn't really a pie?"

After thoroughly grilling Seivarden for whatever clues she could pick up on for anything involving the heist, Tisarwat checked the time, figured she had at least a little bit before she needed to head back to the dorms and start in on the hours that it would take to do her hair.

Hours.

"Hello," she said, as she approached the counter to have a seat. "Are you Miguel?"

"Last time I checked." Hey, this was Fandom. Okay, and Miguel was a smart ass.

"What can I get you?"

"I'm not really sure yet," Tisarwat answered, with a faint smile, and that was true on more than one account, even! "I'll probably have one of the specials, but I mostly asked because a friend," she felt a little weird calling Seivarden a friend, but it was probably the least complicated option, "said I could count on you to ensure that the food I get is handled with gloves."

"Huh." Miguel shrugged. "Well, we're supposed to wear them all the time; it's a food safety thing. Guessing you mean Seivarden and her tea, though? You from the same place?"

"That's right," Tisarwat confirmed with a small smile, sliding onto a seat. "Same place, but different times, but that's more than enough for me to trust her opinion on most things around here."

Tisarwat didn't actually trust Seivarden's opinion on about half the things she told her, but this was something she felt she could.

"She mentioned you were one of the people I could depend on for excellent service."

"Because I open the tea bags and wear gloves? Low bar," Miguel said, "but okay. We've got English breakfast, Earl Grey, Chinese green, and a couple herbals - what can I get you?"
