Beau was definitely feeling yesterday's bowling experience today, yeah. All things considered it had hardly been the most physically strenuous workout she got during the day, but it was definitely a totally different set of muscles and so she was hurting in places she wasn't used to hurting.
Which was fine, really; concentrating on working out the soreness in her arm and shoulder as she moved around the gym to do some equipment checks gave her something to focus on, a convenient distraction from some upcoming plans that had her a little bit nervous.
Maybe she could start spending some time with the weights? Just so she could handle a heavier bowling ball the next time the occasion arose to play a game or five.
