63 Serendipity Place, Saturday morning
The Skywalkers had finally outgrown their townhouse in Georgetown, and Anakin was already discovering one advantage of life in Fandom: no one looked twice when the sofa moved itself through the doorway and into the living room.
Juliet and Christopher were playing among the boxes, Vladdie, their forever (because vampire) Papillion puppy had flown to the top of the bookcase and was refusing to come down, and Rory was sneakily trying to fill the new, larger pantry with every flavor of Pop Tart.
That left Anakin supervising the movers and reminding them to stop muttering under their breath about all of the stairs in this town.
[OOC: Anakin is finally back on the island with his NPC family. Come say hi :)]

And then doing a slight jog backwards once all the commotion processed in his head.
"S'up, Bus Deaaaaa----" he started, and then backed that up, too, to amend, clearing his throat, "err, Mr. Skywalker. You moving in?"
No, Prompto, there was furniture and boxes being moved inside a building for an entirely different reason.

"Always glad to have some helping hands around the place!" he said brightly. "As much as I wish I could handle them all at once, they are a big furry, fluffy, feathery handful over there! I gotta wonder, though, how she feels about cleaning fishtanks, because she might want to avoid Fridays, if it's anything less than positive."
Although that did mean Sidon, which could make cleaning fishtanks a little more worth it, in the long run.

It did, after all, feel like he and the big guy practically shared a brain, or something!
"Or, how about...she helps with the fishtanks, she gets unlimited access to puppy play time."
As if she wouldn't get that already.

Sidon did like surprises, though, so he was definitely leaning that way, for sure!
"Cool," he said, grinning brightly. "And I'm on Thursdays. I always have the best games and stuff for the puppies, if you think she'd be into that, too. Sooooo...."
He took a moment to look around.
"You guys need any help, or anything?"
He asked, to the dude who had actually physically levitated him before with his mind.

Not even with finger guns.
But fine. He would do fine he was actually stupid good at putting things together.
As Anakin should know. It took mad skills to get that shit to stay on those shuttles, dude.

It was probably best not to ask how Nina had known to show up here, at this time.
"I brought coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she announced.
She also had cookies, too, but she wasn't going to holler that in case Bus Dean didn't want the kids to have them right now.

"That's, like, a wife's prerogative," Nina said earnestly. "But luckily, now you can resume caffeineation!!!!!!!!!!!! I also have cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

From which they would eat takeout.

"I feel like, like, you guys are going to want something more substantial than cookies in that case.................."

"I won't worry about it then," she said, looking at what the movers were doing. "Do you guys need help???????????????"
no subject
Not quite that many.

Anakin was probably intimately familiar with that feeling, all things considered, which could be part of why Liam's restless wandering brought him by. Or it could just be coincidence, because the island was small and there were only so many places to broodily wander past.
"... Where were you when I was moving last year?" Liam complained good-naturedly as he watched that couch move itself through the doorway.
In Georgetown, Liam. Couldn't you read the narrative?

Not that he’d paid rent for his ‘apartment’ in the back of the Flat Planet, but it was something he’d heard others complain about.
Prices in Fandom, meanwhile, were almost absurdly low.

"And so we decided to move back, so Rory knows when I've disappeared, it's because I'm dangling over a volcano," Anakin said dryly.

... Dying in one will kind of do that to a guy. But hopefully if Anakin noticed, he’d just attribute it to the aforementioned recent trauma. His wife had been among the kidnapped, after all.
“Least she knows what she’s getting into?” Liam hazarded, because he had said ‘move back’, after all. “As much as anyone does with this place.”

Said the seven year old.
(That Anakin actually was older than he looked, albeit not quite in the hundreds, was of course something Liam was totally unaware of.)
