Summer was fighting a losing battle. Ever since she came in that morning, Apu was all on her ass about something and no matter how hard she fought against it, he seemed determined.
"Apu," she said, "no one ever buys mattresses here."
"Exactly!" he countered. "Which is why we have to have a sale!"
Ultimately, sure, she supposed that was pretty okay logic, but mostly she was just tired of arguing over something like that, and so there was a sign, but so help her, if Apu started to somehow find the space to make a matress pyramid, she was going to flip her shit.
