Town hall- Saturday all day

Today was the day! TODAY WAS THE DAY!

Tom Nook and Isabelle were busy making preparations for tonight's event and getting the word out, but they were still available to help you if you needed them. They didn't know it was their last day on the island yet, but even if they did, they would be happy to be of service!

They hadn't done anything about the half-ruined popcorn machine out in front, though. Yesterday had been very exciting.

You know who else didn't know they'd be gone tomorrow? Tamsin.

Which was why, sometime in the morning, there was a loud thunk, and then the door right behind Tom Nook's desk blew open.

She yanked a massive bag through the opening. "I'm done," she snapped. "Bo's gone, I thought. The Morrigan doesn't know, I thought. This will be a cushy retirement. But no! You rats had to take everything!"

"Oh, dear," Tom Nook said. "Can I help you with anything?"

"I don't know," Tamsin said, dropping her bag with a loud thump. "Are you leaving my stupid island or not?"

"Oh, no!" he said happily. "This island has been very good to us! I can only hope we're being as good for the island in return!"

"No," Tamsin said sharply, lifting her bag again.

She resumed her trudge towards the exit. If that meant clipping Tom Nook's chair with her bag, all the better.

"Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help!" Tom Nook called cheerily.

"No," Tamsin repeated, and turned around for the specific purpose of kicking Tom Nook's chair, since clipping it clearly hadn't done enough.

Then she began her march towards the exit, raising a middle finger high.
