Outside Moobyland- Thursday afternoon

Yesterday Rey won free food by being badass. And of course, as a girl who'd literally been starving a year ago and whose kitchen was still stocked like a doomsday prepped, it took her all of one (1) day to take advantage of it.

But because she was also that person, before she went in she sent out a text:

I'm at moobyland if anyone wants anything

She hadn't gotten the impression over the years that there would be a lot of takers, but she'd make the offer anyway.

"Like if you fell into Jello?" There were a lot of places to go with this and most of them were worse.

"Falling in," Summer nodded, "or the pole covered in it. Maybe both. Basically, Steeeeve made the mistake of saying 'at least it's not jello,' but, naturally, I think he's wrong, but of course I would think that."

Rey had to consider this, way too long.

"I'd prefer neither, honestly, but Jello would smell better."

Summer pointed a finger at Rey like she'd just made a brilliant observation that clearly was a big step in the right direction. "That is very true," she said, "although I'll allow that it can get pretty sticky if it's too hot out."

"...Does it melt?"

Imagine falling into Jello when it's 90 degrees.

"Oh," said Summer, "jello will definitely melt. It has to be, like, super hot out, but I am starting to come around to seeing some of the arguments against it now."

She made a face.

"And then there could be bees."

"I'd take the water, at least."

She wasn't sure about the grease yet but this hadn't ended up in favor of Jello at this point.
