Rey slept right up until the point where she'd be late to work if she didn't get up. She didn't know why she would have thought it'd be good sleep, since not getting everyone's greatest hits of trauma anymore didn't mean what you'd already seen went away.
But she liked having a normal thing to do today, and she'd train later, and she'd only sigh a little when the gremlin left a note saying it was calling out, which was not how that worked.
