"I, I don't think this was a good idea."

Mr. Bubbles assured her that it was probably just nerves and that she'd do just fine tomorrow.

"Do you think I should ask Kathy and Dante to show up?" she asked. "It would be last minute notice, since I couldn't decide before now, but... I don't know. Do, do you think they'd want to show up?"

Mr. Bubbles didn't know if they would. It was, after all, very last minute and it wasn't the end of the world or anything. She didn't even need help, really.

Maybe just someone to hold her hand.

But that was what Mr. Bubbles was for.

"Do, do you think I'm allowed to change my mind?"

Mr. Bubbles opined that, given that the lecture she was giving was tomorrow, it was almost definitely too late.

"It seemed like such a good idea at the time," she lamented.
