Amaya planned on actually doing the whole Office Hours thing for any visitors that might want to speak with her about her students or her classes, sure, but if she had the choice, all of her office hours would just be held right here in the Forge, where not only was she far more comfortable behind an anvil than she'd ever be behind a desk, she could actually get some good work done, though she mostly used her office as storage for other projects, so she'd have plenty to do up there, too.

For now, though, she wanted to make sure she could be found at the forge (maybe someone needed a quick spruce on a weapon while they were here? You never knew!), and most of her attention was going into working on some basic prototypes for the weapon Liam had come to her about, to just sort of get a feel for it and its design before she really put her hammer to the anvil on getting it going. She had a few things for it that she wanted to try, and that there was a great way to spend a day.

With, of course, a nice welcoming banner for Fandom friends and family hung outside the big window out front, as well.
