Diego had not had the best night's sleep. Sure, he could have slept on the floor when Klaus took his bed but Diego was Diego and stubbornly shoved him over to sleep in it as well. Which of course meant he was kicked all night.
So yeah, he was tired and irritated and now had to spend his shift making sure his brother didn't try to make off with any station equipment to pawn off. It was going to be a torturous day.
